Hanna is partner at Brightmill and has previously worked as a senior recruiter, company lawyer and managing director, and has extensive board experience from non-profit organizations. She has a Master of Laws (LL.M) with side studies in languages and psychology. Hanna has been living in Moscow for seven years and speaks Russian fluently.

Henrik is the Managing Director of Brightmill since 2011. He has 20 years of experience in leading roles in the consulting and recruitment industry. He has a background from several global reputable companies and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Henrik has been living and worked in Singapore and Taiwan.
